• ROYAL MELBOURNE INTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (RMIT) TRAINING FACILITY
RMIT Melbourne has just installed an 85 kW Baxi Power HT, Zenitherm radiators Grundfos pumps for students training with the latest high efficiency technology.

• COMFORT HEATING MELBOURNE INSTALLS ITS FIRST CONDENSING BOILERS
This is a fantastic installation completed by Comfort heating and Cooling together with
Mark McCormack (pictured here). This system has 2 x 45 kW Luna Ht condensing boilers.
One boiler services a floor coil area and a radiator system. The second boiler services 2 x radiator systems.

• 900 kW BAXI PLANT, MLC BUILDING, MARTIN PLACE SYNDEY
Updating an existing building to met the new green star legislation has never been easier.
The office block was seperated from the retail tenancy level 26 down.
6 x Baxi 150kW Power HT models were transported to level 26 using the buildings lifts and hand trolleys.
All 6 boilers are controlled with a Baxi sequence controller linked with the BMS system.
Boilers modulate from 900kW down to 40kW.

• 900kW BAXI PLANT, BALLARAT AQUATIC CENTRE
6 x Baxi 150 kW Power HT models replaced, one atmospheric boiler. All 6 boilers are controlled with a Baxi sequence controller linked with the BMS system. Boilers modulate from 900kW down to 40kW.

• 600kW BAXI PLANT, ORMOND COLLEGE PARKVILLE
4 x Baxi 150 kW Power HT models replaced, one atmospheric boiler. All 4 boilers are controlled with a Baxi sequence controller linked with an outdoor sensor. Boilers modulate from 600kW down to 40kW.

•360kW BAXI PLANT, MANSFIELD HOSPITAL
3 x Baxi 120 kW Power HT models replaced, two gun burner cast iron. All 3 boilers are controlled with a Baxi sequence controller linked with an outdoor sensor. Boilers modulate from 360kW down to 39kW.
