HydroHeat are proud to announce that we are providing extended warranties on the BAXI residential range of boilers.
HydroHeat is committed to making things easier and ensuring peace of mind if something goes wrong. That’s why both the BAXI Duo-Tec E high efficiency condensing boiler and the BAXI Luna 3 conventional boiler now carry an extended 12 month warranty period. The BAXI Duo-Tec E now has a 3 year warranty, while the BAXI Luna 3 has lengthened coverage to 2 years. This covers the boilers against any defective components and includes repair or replacement with no charge for parts or labour.
The warranty is given on the condition that scheduled servicing on your BAXI appliance has been performed by an approved service agent.
You can be safe in the knowledge that the reputation and global distribution of BAXI to more than 82 countries ensure local warranty support, and that spare parts are readily available and easy to obtain locally if needed. BAXI residential boilers are Type A appliances and carry Australian approvals (AGA Cert 6253 / 7023) for both Natural Gas and Propane (LPG), indoor and outdoor use. BAXI servicing is available Australia wide by trained BAXI installers.
