A new build hospital required a heating capacity installed to service the medical facility. The new boiler install consisted of 2 x Baxi Power HT+ 150kW models, with a total heating output of 300kW.

The Baxi PowerHT+ hi-efficiency condensing type boilers were installed into the Plant Room, with a stainless steel flue system to duct to external.

The boilers were installed in cascade controlled via the master boiler. The cascade software is built into all boilers and was activated and commissioned by HydroHeat. Cascade operation offers significant cost and energy saving as cascade enables the boilers to modulate to provide the heat load output required and avoid on/off cycling.
