HydroHeat supplied 370kW of capacity for this project, providing the heating requirements for a supermarket in Melbourne's northern suburbs. We achieved this by using different capacity boilers. Two of the boilers were the Baxi Luna Duo-Tec MP+ 1.130 Outdoor NG wall hung boiler (130kW each), with the third boiler being a Baxi Luna Duo-Tec MP+ 1.110 Outdoor NG wall hung boiler (110kW).
The boilers were supplied with three Hydroheat free standing boiler frames which mounted onto the roof. We also changed the flue from the normal front horizontal discharge to a top vertical flue discharge.
The rest of the equipment included cascade controls to modulate boiler output and prevent on/off cycling, stainless steel hydraulic separator, condensate treatment tank, Aquasystem expansion tank and Automatic Pressurisation Unit.
