A new Early Learning Centre for children in Melbourne’s outer north underwent an installation of low surface temperature radiators. The system is powered by a BAXI Duo-Tec MP60kW, installed externally and flued with a stainless steel flue.
19 radiator panels are installed throughout the centre and all have Low Surface Temperature (LST) covers attached. This reduces the surface temperature of the panels to a ‘safe to touch’ 45°, making them ideal for the young children attending the centre without negatively impacting radiant heat emissions and efficiency.
The installation was completed by hydronic heating specialists Marmec Heating and Air Conditioning based out of Alfredton.
