This installation is an upgrade on the existing system powering the office block occupying 26 floors of the building. The new plant room contains 6 x 150kW Baxi PowerHT boilers controlled by a RVA47 Sequence Controller linked to the Building Management System. The boilers modulate from 900kW down to 40kW.
