Melbourne Old Treasury Building

Melbourne’s Old Treasury Building, built in the mid-19th century, had a boiler upgrade carried out by A.G. Coombs. The new system is comprised of 2 x 150kW Baxi PowerHT boilers controlled by a RVA47 Sequence Controller. The flue manifold system is polypropylene plastic with a stainless steel riser and is coupled into one common flue for both boilers. Each boiler has a shutter kit that prevents flue gasses spilling out where they shouldn’t and the condensate is treated and sent to the sewer via a condensate treatment tank.
