HydroHeat maintains essential services throughout Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

As the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve, HydroHeat is here to support you.

As of Tuesday 31st March HydroHeat’s office and warehouse remains open and we are still filling orders and supplying services, other than our monthly training. In the event of further Government lockdowns and restrictions HydroHeat will act accordingly.

In light of the recent announcement by Premier Daniel Andrews, the provision of plumbing, electrical and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) remains an essential service. In accordance with this HydroHeat will continue to support service repairs and maintenance requirements throughout. Please remember that this is an unfolding situation and our plan will change and adapt to suit the conditions, we will provide further updates when government advice changes. HydroHeat have suspended monthly training sessions for the time being, check our training schedule for updates.

Our greatest priority is the health and safety of our team members and our customers, hence wherever possible staff are now working from home, and we are ensuring social distancing is maintained in our office and warehouse, and cleaning frequency has been increased to ensure sanitisation.

Any staff feeling even slightly unwell are asked to stay home. If you are feeling unwell or have any flu like symptoms, we ask that you refrain from visiting our offices. Deliveries continue and you can contact us via our usual email and phone numbers to minimise any disruption. HydroHeat will continue to monitor day to day operations closely based on Australian Health department advice and provide further updates as they become available.

Stock Availability
HydroHeat Supplies have a fully stocked warehouse and at this stage are not experiencing any significant delays out of Europe. We are in constant contact with our suppliers and shipping agent and will advise if any significant disruptions arise.

We are still open and available during our normal business hours. Please use the normal numbers and email addresses.

Deliveries continue, please speak with us to arrange drop offs with minimal contact.

Monthly Training
Monthly Training sessions has been suspended until further notice. Subsequent training sessions will be evaluated as the situation changes check our training schedule for update.

Our Health
Team members experiencing any flu like symptoms or having had contact with any persons tested positive to Covid-19 or returned from overseas will be directed to take leave in accordance with health directives.
