Description

The HHWT Series are industrial steam boilers with steam capacities ranging from 1 MW to 10 MW. The HHWT steam boilers are manufactured to Australian standards and comply to AS 2593 for unattended operation. HHWT boilers are available on gas, oil, wood waste or coal firing configurations.

Features:

• Controls – The control system is based on a modular format using separate modules for the boiler management covering both the feedwater and burner controls. The above provide an insight on the operation of the boiler including diagnostics for assistance with fault finding.
  System options include optional PLC and sensors for interface with on site Scada systems, Oxygen trimming for enhancing the boilers optimal efficiency, VF drives for feedwater pumps, and burner fan to further enhance the boiler operating efficiency.
• Burner – The HHWT Series Watertube Steam Boilers use a quality forced draft packaged burner of the fully modulating type. The burner being bolted to boiler combustion chamber access door.
• Feed pumps – All HHWT Series Boilers are fitted with quality Multistage Feedwater Pumps as standard equipment unless otherwise specified.
• Boiler Efficiency – The combustion efficiency on HHWT Series Watertube Steam Boilers will be a guaranteed 80% minimum with higher degrees of efficiency readily obtainable especially with the addition of flue gas economisers.
